We are seeking a diligent and experienced Tally Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our manufacturing and distribution business. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the FMCG (Quick-Moving Consumer Goods) industry and will be responsible for ensuring all transactions—from procurement to sales—are recorded accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Transaction Management: Record all day-to-day accounting entries in Tally, including Sales, Purchases, Receipts, and Payments.
Banking & Cash Flow: Manage bank reconciliations, monitor daily cash flow, and handle petty cash expenses.
Voucher Management: Prepare and maintain all types of vouchers (Journal, Contra, Payment, and Receipt) with proper supporting documentation.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Follow up on outstanding payments from distributors/retailers and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Inventory Accounting: Maintain accurate records of stock movement, production entries, and wastage, specifically within an FMCG context.




Statutory Compliance: Assist in the preparation of data for GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS deductions.
Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2–5 years of accounting experience, specifically within the FMCG or Manufacturing sector.
Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or TallyPrime is mandatory.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and standard accounting principles ($Debit$ vs. $Credit$).
MS Office: Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis and reporting.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
