Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Observe and report changes in patient condition to the medical team
Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and infection control practices
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-care instructions
Handle emergency situations with prompt and appropriate care
Coordinate with other healthcare specialists for comprehensive patient care
Maintain medical equipment and ensure it is properly sterilized and functional
B.Sc Nursing / GNM qualification
Valid nursing registration (State Nursing Council)
Proven experience as a Staff Nurse (preferred but not mandatory for freshers)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records
