Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team to achieve production targets while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring optimal staffing and resource allocation to meet production demands.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules or procedures as necessary to maintain efficiency and quality.
Conduct regular inspections of production lines and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and promote professional development.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues impacting production.
Analyze production data and prepare reports on performance, efficiency, and quality metrics for management review.




Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
years of experience in a manufacturing workplace, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
Robust knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
