Required Candidate Profile:
Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills.
Capable of efficiently managing multiple critical tasks.
Solid communication abilities, with prior experience in customer care within any service-oriented industry being advantageous.
Possesses positive computer literacy.
Proficiency in English and Telugu, along with a drive for qualified advancement, is essential.
Ability to handle customer inquiries, provide product explanations, and offer relevant information.
Mandatory follow-up with leads through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
