Job Title: Production Officer – Fresher
Department: Production (API Manufacturing)

Reports to: Production Supervisor / Production Manager

Job Purpose:

To support and assist in day-to-day production activities in the API manufacturing plant, ensuring adherence to cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards while gaining hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in executing production activities as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
Support the operation and monitoring of equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and other utility systems.
Ensure compliance with Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Valuable Laboratory Practices (GLP), and safety norms.




Maintain accurate documentation and records for production activities.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Engineering teams to ensure smooth production processes.
Participate in training programs on equipment operation, safety, and process optimization.
Follow Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines within the plant.
Report deviations, breakdowns, and abnormalities to the supervisor immediately.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, quality, and safety.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
