E-Commerce Specialist

Job Responsibilities
Manage the company’s e-commerce platform(s), such as Shopify. Ensure smooth operation, perform regular updates, and troubleshoot any technical issues or bugs. Optimize the platform’s features and capabilities to meet business needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate online sales.
Utilize web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, to track website performance, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate actionable insights.

Job Requirements
MBA in Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, for tracking and analyzing e-commerce metrics.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and user experience (UX) design principles.
