Key Responsibilities – Franchise Support & Admission Manager
Act as the key point of contact between franchisees and the central office.
Provide operational support, training, and guidance to franchise teams.
Ensure quality standards, policy compliance, and smooth franchise operations.
Drive admissions growth through marketing initiatives, lead management, and parent engagement activities.
Analyze admission data and prepare performance reports for management.
Coordinate with internal departments to support franchise requirements effectively.
Resolve operational issues and maintain solid franchise relationships.
Support branding and local marketing activities to strengthen market presence.

Skills & Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Management, or related field.
Experience in franchise management, admissions, or educational operations.
Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operational activities efficiently.
