Role Description

We are hiring an experienced Presales Consultant to join our Jaipur office. This is a client-facing role where you’ll work closely with prospective customers to understand their business processes, identify operational challenges, and recommend the right ERP solution.

You will lead discovery sessions, conduct tailored product demonstrations, prepare solution proposals, and collaborate with sales, functional consultants, and technical teams throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.



The ideal candidate combines robust business acumen with ERP knowledge and enjoys engaging with business owners and decision-makers.

Qualifications

· 4+ years of experience in ERP Pre-Sales, Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, or ERP Implementation.

· Hands-on experience with ERPNext, Odoo, or other leading ERP platforms.

· Strong understanding of business processes including Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, and Project Management.

· Experience conducting discovery workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and ERP demonstrations.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to engage with CXOs, business owners, and department heads in a consultative manner.

· Experience preparing solution documents, proposals, and project scope.

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Business, Commerce, or a related field.

· ERP certifications or implementation experience will be an added advantage.
