University Branding: “Ensure proper branding for all reports, visuals, and presentations, including colors, layouts and logos” — Indeed to maintain a unified identity across all schools.
Admissions & Marketing Collateral: Create eye-catching brochures, flyers, banners, and hoardings for promotions.
Digital & Social Media Assets: Design daily creatives, carousels, and announcements for platforms like Instagram and Facebook, highlighting university achievements, events, and festival celebrations.
Academic & Event Layouts: Conceptualize layouts for university newsletters, institutional magazines, research journals, and promotional materials for conferences and major cultural events.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: “Communicate with various departments to understand their graphic needs for various projects.”
Print Production Quality:



Inspect visual layouts to fix errors and ensure flawless file composition before sending layouts to production for physical print output.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a closely aligned creative field.
Technical Mastery: Exceptional hands-on proficiency with Corel DRAW and Adobe Creative Suite, focusing heavily on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Design Core: Solid fundamentals in typographic hierarchy, layout structures, palette selection, and spatial composition.
Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to design materials in English and regional languages if required.
Portfolio: A rich digital portfolio demonstrating past projects, commercial or educational branding, and sharp creative execution.
