Requirement:
1–3 years in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or franchise sales.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language is an advantage).
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Sales
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to franchise inquiries.
Explain the franchise business model, investment details, and brand offerings to prospective franchise partners.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects to maximize conversions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Assist customers with salon services, pricing, appointments, offers, and memberships.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
