Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately.
Process sales orders and billing transactions in the billing software.
Verify prices, discounts, taxes, and quantities before billing.
Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions (if applicable).
Maintain billing records and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure correct order processing.
Resolve customer billing queries and correct invoice errors.
Follow company billing policies and statutory requirements.
Perform end-of-day billing reconciliation and submit reports.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software/ERP).
Valuable numerical and accounting skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification:
Plus Two / Diploma / Degree (Commerce preferred).
Experience in billing or cashier roles is an advantage.
