Project Supervision:
Manage and supervise all phases of interior design and renovation projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with designers, workers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Procurement:
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials, fixtures, and furnishings.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and resources.
Track and maintain inventory of materials and ensure availability for ongoing projects.

Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
Inspect and approve materials, fixtures, and workmanship to ensure they meet project specifications and design standards.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including procurement records, project progress reports, and any change orders.




Prepare regular reports for management on project status, costs, and procurement updates.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with interior designers and other project team members to ensure design intent is met and maintained.
Facilitate effective communication with project manager to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

It's completely a field work job.

Valuable in taking measurements and site masking

Candidate has to go to the site and monitor the work and co ordinate.

Two-wheeler is mandatory

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
