Role Summary
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of TDF’s events and ensure they are planned and executed smoothly. This role is about managing everything from planning to execution without missing anything. Someone who can get things done, manage people and vendors well, and ensure every event is executed properly without constant supervision.
Roles And Responsibility
1. Event Planning
Plan and organize exhibitions, store events, launches, and customer events.
Create explicit timelines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Vendor Coordination
Identify and work with vendors like decorators, printers, venues, and caterers.
Follow up regularly to ensure work is delivered as planned.
Event Setup & Logistics
Manage all event requirements like invites, guest lists, branding materials, displays, Infrastructure, and coordination of items.
Ensure everything is ready before the event starts.
On-Ground Execution
Travel to event locations as required
Be present during events to manage setup,
handle issues, and coordinate with teams.
Ensure the event runs smoothly without last-minute chaos.
Internal Coordination
Work with marketing, stores, and management for approvals, materials, and event requirements.
Keep everyone aligned and updated.
Budget Tracking
Track event expenses and stay within budget.
Maintain basic records and support post-event reporting.
What We Are Looking For
0–3 years in events, exhibitions, hospitality, or coordination roles
Solid sense of ownership and accountability
Highly organized and dependable
Ability to perform effectively under pressure, especially during events
Flexibility to work on weekends and extended hours, as required
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively
