SpiderWorks Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts Intern to join our finance team. This internship offers hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial documentation, and day-to-day finance activities. Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining accounting records and financial documents.
Support the preparation and verification of invoices, bills, and vouchers.
Record daily financial transactions accurately.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
Organize and file accounting documents for easy retrieval.
Assist in preparing GST-related documents and other statutory records.
Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
Maintain data accuracy in spreadsheets and accounting software.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment and invoice-related queries.
Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Positive analytical and numerical skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Tally ERP, Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting terminology.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic functions).
Time management and problem-solving skills.
