Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and creative Preschool Teacher to provide a protected, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities that support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver interactive lessons and activities aligned with the preschool curriculum.
Foster a positive, caring, and inclusive classroom setting.
Monitor and assess children's progress and maintain developmental records.
Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children at all times.
Develop children's language, literacy, numeracy, motor, and social skills through play-based learning.
Manage classroom behavior positively and effectively.
Prepare teaching materials, learning aids, and classroom displays.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and development.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and training programs.
Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and learning resources.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to achieve academic objectives.





Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
NTT, D.El.Ed., B.Ed., Montessori Training, or equivalent certification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in preschool or early childhood education.
Freshers with relevant qualifications and a passion for teaching may also apply.

Working Conditions
