Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our support team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver a high standard of service across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone
Provide accurate information about products, services, and billing
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems
Meet individual and team performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs, quality standards)
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills
Preferred Skills
06-months experience in International BPO Voice process
Ability to handle international customers
Positive listening skills and empathy toward customer concerns
Adaptability to changing processes and technologies
