The Executive Assistant to the Director provides high-level administrative and strategic support, ensuring the efficient operation of the Director’s office. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and decision-making
Act as a liaison between the Director and internal departments or external stakeholders
Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
Track deadlines and follow up on action items
Assist in project coordination and execution
Support event planning and administrative functions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Work Workplace:
Office-based role (may require occasional travel or extended hours depending on Director’s schedule)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
