Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and shop floor operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, GMP, and quality standards.
Monitor manpower, machine performance, and material usage.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
Maintain production records and ensure workplace safety.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in a food manufacturing industry.
Skills:
Leadership and team management.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹11,020.53 - ₹27,492.27 per month
