Kataria Business Insurance has a vacancy for a Sales Manager (Team Leader) – Mediclaim Insurance, Fire / Property Insurance.

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Mumbai, Marine Lines .

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the PAN India CRO team for cross-selling Mediclaim insurance, Fire / Property and Motor
Do cold calling from the database and convert leads into the sale.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales penetration among jewellery retailers.
Identify current business prospects and develop long-term relationships with clients.
Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets through effective monitoring, coaching, and performance evaluation of CROs.
Coordinate with operations and claims teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Train and motivate the team on product knowledge, objection handling, and customer engagement.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
