Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter

Job Summary

The HR Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements from department managers.
Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals and social media.
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and qualified networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Perform reference and background checks when required.
Negotiate salary offers and issue offer letters.
Maintain recruitment databases .




Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor laws.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources
3–6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (depending on the role).
Solid knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

Interviewing and candidate assessment.
Negotiation and relationship-building.
Problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Knowledge of employment laws, CTC structure Drafting and HR best practices.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
