Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Process payroll and maintain payroll-related records (if applicable).
Monitor expenses and identify prospects for cost optimization.
Prepare MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.
Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee depreciation calculations.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Liaise with banks, vendors, customers, and government authorities as required.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com), Accounting, or Finance.
CA Inter, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.




Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP/accounting software.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and reporting).

Knowledge of internal controls and audit procedures.
Experience with ERP implementation or process improvements is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
