Job Title: Site Service Manager

Job Summary:
SAJ Test Plant Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Site Service Manager to lead sales, service, and customer support activities across the. The role involves driving business growth, managing customer relationships, leading the service team, and ensuring timely execution of service, AMC, spares, installation, and project activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales, inquiry generation, and business development.
Manage customer relationships, service operations, and complaint resolution.
Promote Spares, AMC, Up gradations, Training, and Chargeable Services.
Lead and mentor the regional service team.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely project execution and dispatch.
Achieve sales, service, and collection targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.




Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and submit MIS reports.
Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and technical conferences.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
8–15 years of experience in industrial equipment/service management.
Solid technical, commercial, leadership, and customer management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across South India.

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
