Maintenance Coordinator: Handles incoming repair calls and schedules fixes.
Help Desk / Call Center Executive: Answers breakdown requests and logs complaints.
MIS / Data Entry Operator: Enters call data, logs, and repair reports into software.
Main Duties
Call Handling: Answer phone calls or emails about broken items or facility issues.
Data Creation: Log caller name, time, issue type, and location into a database or CMMS.
Dispatching: Assign work to repair workers or outside contractors.
Follow-up: Call back to check if repairs are done and close the data.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
