We are hiring an experienced HR professional for our plant operations at Dahej. Candidate should have experience in handling HR activities in a chemical/manufacturing industry workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & onboarding of plant employees
Attendance, leave & manpower management
Statutory compliance & contractor coordination
Employee engagement & grievance handling
Payroll support and HR documentation
Coordination with plant departments for HR operations
Requirements:
Experience in Chemical / Manufacturing Industry preferred
Valuable knowledge of plant HR operations and compliances
Solid communication & coordination skills
Experience: 2–6 Years preferred
Pay: ₹10,850.36 - ₹33,141.10 per month
Work Location: In person
