Key Responsibilities
Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards and Indian regulations.
Conduct and manage Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Tax Audits.
Prepare CMA Reports for bank finance and credit facilities.
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory filings.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Perform financial analysis and advise management on cost control and profitability.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and government departments.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.




Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and internal controls.
Support management during financial due diligence, inspections, and audits.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Accounting Standards, Income Tax, GST, TDS, and the Companies Act.
Experience in statutory audit and CMA report preparation.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
