About the Role

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Sales Officers / Business Development Executives to expand Paathre's retail presence across Bengaluru by developing new retail outlets and generating business.

Premium Fruits & Vegetable Stores
Gourmet Stores
Branded Grocery Stores
Grameen Stores
A+ Standalone Supermarkets

Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned retail outlets as per the beat plan.
Introduce Paathre's products and brand portfolio.
Explain rack placement, product display, and merchandising standards.
Capture outlet details and update daily reports in the CMR App.
Generate and book pre-orders from retailers.
Promote new products, schemes, and marketing initiatives.
Build solid retailer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Collect retailer feedback and market intelligence.




Achieve outlet coverage and sales targets.
Coordinate with the Reporting Manager and attend review meetings.

Eligibility
PUC / Diploma / Graduate
0–3 years of FMCG/Retail Sales experience preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
