Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company's business growth. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
Contact prospective customers and explain the company's products or services.
Schedule meetings or product demonstrations with potential clients.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve business strategies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.




Confidence in speaking with customers.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or any related field.
MBA graduates are preferred but not mandatory.

Experience
Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer support are also encouraged to apply.

Candidates should be able to communicate in:
English – Required
Telugu – Preferred (for customer communication )
Hindi – Preferred (if handling clients across India)
Tamil - preferred (for customer communication in Tamil Nadu )
