Job Summary:
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth in Hot Rolled (HR) Coils, HR Sheets, and Structural Steel products. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a proven sales track record, and deep product knowledge in flat and structural steel segments.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for HR Coil, HR Sheet, and Structural Steel products
Identify and onboard new customers, dealers, and distributors across assigned territory
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and revenue goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (fabricators, manufacturers, EPC contractors, traders)
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform sales strategy
Coordinate with production/logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence for management




Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
5 years of experience in steel/metal sales, specifically HR Coil, HR Sheet, or Structural Steel
Robust network within the steel trading/manufacturing ecosystem
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Understanding of steel pricing mechanisms, freight, and logistics
Target-driven with strong business development acumen

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
