Pilani Public School is looking for a creative and detail-oriented DTP Operator to design and prepare high-quality educational and promotional materials. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills and experience in print-ready layouts.
Key Responsibilities
Design worksheets, question papers, certificates, report cards, brochures, flyers, banners, and school magazines.
Create social media creatives and promotional materials.
Edit and format school documents, notices, and newsletters.
Prepare print-ready files with accurate layouts and formatting.
Coordinate with the printing team for quality output.
Maintain brand consistency across all school publications.
Qualifications
Diploma in DTP, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Freshers with exceptional design skills may also apply.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and MS Office.
Knowledge of print production and file preparation.
Basic photo editing and image enhancement.
Good typing skills in English (knowledge of Telugu/Hindi typing is an added advantage).
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
