Follow up with members for pending and balance payment collections.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing members.
Convince members for membership upgrades and renewals.
Promote and sell add-on services and perks.
Ensure high customer retention through regular engagement and support.
Assist members with bookings, reservations, and service requests.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
Provide end-to-end support throughout the membership lifecycle.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
Achieve collection, retention, upgrade, and sales targets.
Deliver excellent customer service and enhance overall member satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
