We are looking for a Sales Executive for field sales work. The role involves visiting customers regularly, generating business, maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets. A two-wheeler is required for travel, as the job involves field visits to manufacturing industries, hardware and sanitary retailers.

Responsibilities
Visit manufacturing industries, hardware and sanitary retailers regularly.
Generate new business and develop solid customer relationships.
Meet existing customers to increase sales and order repeat business.
Explain products, share pricing, and handle customer inquiries.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collect market information, competitor updates, and customer feedback.
Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery follow-up.
Represent the company professionally in the market.

Requirements




Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience in field sales, preferably in manufacturing, hardware, or sanitary product markets.
Must have a valid driving license and own two-wheeler.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel daily.
Basic knowledge of sales reporting and customer follow-up.

Preferred Skills
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of local market and industrial areas.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Basic computer knowledge for reports and communication.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
