This role requires a keen eye for detail, robust analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of interior construction and design processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior projects.
Analyze project plans and specifications to identify necessary materials and labor.

Collaboration:
Work closely with architects, designers, and contractors to gather necessary project information.
Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure proposals meet client expectations.

Market Research:
Conduct market research to stay updated on material costs and industry trends.




Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive rates.

Documentation:

Create and maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and contracts.

Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, including timelines and payment schedules.

Project Analysis:
Review and assess project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Monitor project costs throughout the implementation phase, adjusting estimates as necessary.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
