SENIOR AI/ML DEVELOPERExperience: 3–4 YearsRequired SkillsStrong proficiency in Python with production-level development experience.Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development.Experience building and deploying real-world AI products, not just experiments or POCs.Strong knowledge of PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.Experience developing, training, and optimizing custom ML/DL models from scratch.Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, etc.).Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks.Experience integrating OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar AI models into production systems.Understanding of multi-agent systems, AI orchestration, and workflow automation.Robust knowledge of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and performance optimization.System & ArchitectureAbility to design scalable,
