Job Responsibilities
Lead business development activities within the assigned area.
Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition.
Guide and support the Business Development Executives.
Achieve branch business targets.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
Conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
Prepare business reports and submit them to management.
Ensure high standards of customer service.
Eligibility
Degree / (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Sales and marketing aptitude.
Ability to manage field teams.
Freshers with robust leadership skills or candidates with relevant experience can
apply.
Pay: ₹11,363.37 - ₹25,358.57 per month
