Roles & Responsibilities – ETP Maintenance Supervisor
Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) equipment.
Plan and carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Monitor and maintain pumps, blowers, motors, gearboxes, valves, pipelines, and dosing systems.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime.
Supervise maintenance technicians and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history for compliance and audits.
Ensure availability of critical spare parts and coordinate with the purchase and stores departments.
Follow safety standards, LOTO procedures, and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
Coordinate with the ETP operations team to ensure uninterrupted plant performance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
