Required Skills:
Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, analyze and document functional requirements to the assigned projects and products as per defined business requirements.
Prepare SRS, Flow diagram, Functional Diagram, Mock-ups, Wireframes etc for assigned products and projects.
Be the single point of contact on requirements with customers, Manage customer expectations on product and get the user acceptance on the delivered product.
Should have experience of Ecommerce domain.
Preparing Product collaterals such as User Guides, Video Tutorials, Reference manuals, Brochures, Help, Presentations, White Papers, blogs etc.
Facilitate business development and sales support activities like solution demo, responding to RFP, creating SOW etc.
Do competitor analysis and present report to concern stakeholders.
Establish credibility at all levels with clients and colleagues.
