We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product/service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Achieve customer service and performance targets.
Requirements:
HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in customer service, customer care, telecalling, or a related role.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM is an added advantage).
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace.
