Resident Clinic Dentist – Roles & Responsibilities (Summary) 1. Clinical Work Diagnose common dental problems, take IOPAR, OPG & maintain transparent records. Perform scaling - Restorations, - Easy extractions, - Easy RCTs - Crown preparations, - All pedo related work and - Temporaries. - Aligner attachments and fixed ortho retainers 2. Patient Communication Explain treatment plans, options, costs, and post‑operative care. Confidently convert planned treatments. Follow up with patients and collect Google reviews from satisfied patients only 3. Clinic Operations Monitor stock, materials, weekly - Take care of clinic in my absence - Take care of staff discipline, timings & attendance after 2 months in my absence. 4. Documentation Enter case sheet notes in software. Upload X‑rays,



clinical photos, and secure consent forms when needed. Maintain before–after photos for records when needed and patient education. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and smooth daily operations. - Making reels for marketing purpose Timings - 4pm to 8.30pm Salary Rs. 17,500 + 10% of what is earned once you complete Rs. 70,000 worth treatment. 3rd month onwards - 15 % based on how well you work on any Income generated after Rs.70,000. 2nd year onwards 20%

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
