We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer with strong expertise in Hospital/Healthcare Construction Projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Billing, Costing, BOQ Preparation, and client billing while coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify client and contractor bills.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity calculations.
Monitor project costs and billing activities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Verify measurements and ensure accurate billing documentation.
Prepare billing reports and MIS.
Support project teams in cost control and commercial activities.
Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-up.
Maintain all billing records as per project requirements.

Required Experience
8–12 years of experience in Billing & Costing.
Must have worked on Hospital/Healthcare Construction Projects.
Experience in client billing, contractor billing, and BOQ preparation.
Positive knowledge of billing documentation and project commercial activities.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification
Any Graduate
Preferred Candidate
Candidates based in Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon) will be preferred.
Stable career history with excellent communication skills.
Solid client-facing experience.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
