Service Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring maximum instrument uptime,customer satisfaction, and adherence to research institutions, universities, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology organizations, hospitals, and government laboratories across the assigned territory.
Technically skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to provide installation, preventive maintenance, breakdown service quality standards. The position requires frequent travel to upport, calibration, and application-oriented technical assistance for advanced microscopy and life science imaging systems.
2 to 5 years of experience in servicing scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, or advanced microscopy systems.
Experience with optical instruments, biomedical equipment, or imaging systems is highly desirable.
Experience in field service for capital equipment will be an added advantage.
