Job Responsibilities
Prepare and verify RA Bills, Running Account Bills, and Final Bills for construction projects.
Prepare RIB bills and ensure accurate measurement and documentation.
Handle quantity take-off and prepare BOQ based on drawings and project requirements.
Prepare detailed rate analysis and cost estimates.
Measure and verify work executed at site.
Prepare client bills and subcontractor bills.
Check and certify subcontractor measurements and bills.
Monitor project quantities, material consumption, and cost variations.
Prepare variation statements, extra item statements, and deviation statements.
Coordinate with project/site teams for measurements, drawings, and billing requirements.
Maintain proper records of measurements, BOQs, bills, and supporting documents.
Assist in tendering, estimation, and contract-related activities.
Ensure billing is prepared as per project specifications, BOQ, contract conditions, and applicable standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams regarding billing and quantity-related matters.
Prepare regular cost and quantity reports for management.
