Job Description

Aliyan MK Cleantech Solutions (ACTS) is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Planning cum Site Engineer to manage Cleanroom, PUF Panel, and HVAC projects from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of HVAC and Cleanroom projects.
Site supervision for installation of PUF panels, cleanroom partitions, ceilings, doors, and HVAC systems.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
Prepare project schedules, material requirements, DPRs, and progress reports.
Monitor manpower deployment and ensure timely project completion.
Conduct site measurements and verify work quantities.
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
Handle project documentation, billing support, and work completion records.
Coordinate procurement and material dispatch as per project requirements.
Attend client meetings and resolve site execution issues.

Requirements
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience in Cleanroom, HVAC, Pharma, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Semiconductor, or Industrial Projects.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project,



and project planning tools.
Understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, insulation, and cleanroom construction.
Strong communication and project coordination skills.
Willingness to travel and stay at project sites when required.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and Cleanroom standards.
Experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare facility projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
