Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our

growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy: identifying current

sales opportunities, generating quality leads, and building lasting client relationships that fuel

business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify potential clients through research,

cold calling, and targeted email outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.
Account Management: Manage and grow assigned accounts by understanding client

needs and ensuring consistent delivery of value.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to

drive retention, satisfaction, and repeat business.
Market Research: Monitor emerging market trends and competitor activities to





support and refine business development strategies.
Product Demos & Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and

demonstrations to prospective clients via online or in-person meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, business development, IT sales, or

marketing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Proficiency in

MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience with ERP systems such as Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and

persuade.
Solid attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced

setting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru Urban District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
Sales/BD: 1 year (Preferred)
