We are seeking an experienced CNC Setter cum Programmer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in CNC machining. The candidate should have expertise in CNC programming, machine setup, process optimization, troubleshooting, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and edit CNC programs for machining operations.
Set up CNC Turning and Machining Center (VMC/HMC) machines.
Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters.
Optimize machining cycle time while maintaining quality.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
Perform first-piece inspection and process validation.
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
Train operators on machine setup and production processes.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Maintain documentation for CNC programs and process sheets.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Qualification
ITI / Diploma / B.E. Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in CNC Programming and Machine Setting.
Experience in Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar CNC controls is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lead machine operators and improve productivity.
Valuable knowledge of machining processes and quality systems.
Experience in production planning and continuous process improvement.
Familiarity with ISO quality standards and manufacturing documentation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
