Role
To ensure smooth daily operations, deliver an exceptional client experience, maintain service quality, manage the team, and achieve branch sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
-Supervise daily floor operations and therapist scheduling.
-Ensure 100% room readiness before every service ( Wellness Therapies).
-Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and SOP compliance.
-Deliver excellent client service and resolve concerns promptly.
-Drive package, membership, and retail product sales.
-Monitor upselling, cross-selling, and Google reviews.
-Conduct daily team briefings and ensure staff grooming.
-Manage inventory, product usage, and daily reports.
-Telecalling on leads n follow up for guest
Qualifications
Graduate preferred.
-Leadership, communication, sales, and client management skills.
