Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, goal-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growth team. As a BDA, you will be the initial point of contact between potential clients and our business, driving client acquisition and partnership opportunities.

This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates who want to kickstart a career in strategic growth, partnerships, or account management. Comprehensive training on our tools, industry, and outreach strategies will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead Generation & Research: Identify potential clients and market prospects using LinkedIn, databases, and market research.

· Outbound Outreach: Reach out to prospective decision-makers via calls, emails, and skilled messaging to build interest and relationships.

· Prospect Qualification: Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect pain points and assess strategic fit.

· Meeting Scheduling: Book product demonstrations and discovery meetings for senior Business Development Managers (BDMs).

· CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, calls, and emails in our CRM system (e.g.,



HubSpot / Salesforce).

· Pipeline Support: Assist senior team members with presentations, proposals, and market intelligence reports.

Qualifications & Skills

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communication, or any related field (graduated within the last 12 months). Prior internship experience in client management, customer service, or event planning.

· Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

· Mindset: Proactive, highly persistent, resilient, and eager to learn.

· Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Basic understanding of CRM software or outbound email tools.
