Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide basic information about interior design services.
Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants.
Maintain and regularly update lead and customer details.
Follow up on quotations, meetings, and pending enquiries.
Coordinate with the sales and design teams for lead conversion.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain skilled communication with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
