Architect and implement data pipelines using parallel and streaming processing tools to manage large-scale ingestion and transformation
Lead the development of data objects and evolve architectures that enable seamless consumption by business teams
Establish monitoring frameworks and quality controls to improve data reliability and system performance
Partner with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges, optimize code, and anticipate future data needs

What are the key skills we are looking for
Lead design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter 10.5.
Design scalable data pipelines and data warehouse solutions on AWS Redshift.
Create and review technical design documents, data models, ETL architecture, and implementation approaches.
Lead a team of data engineers and provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring.
Optimize SQL queries, ETL performance, and Redshift workloads.
Work with business, analytics, and application teams to define data integration requirements.




Support production releases, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Drive Agile delivery practices and ensure high-quality deliverables.

What qualifications will make you successful
Experience with cloud migration initiatives.
Knowledge of Python and contemporary data engineering practices.
Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps for data platforms.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL, and Data Warehousing.
Solid hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter 10.5.
Strong experience with AWS Redshift database administration and development.
Expert-level SQL and performance tuning skills.
Experience in dimensional modeling, data warehousing, and data integration.
Robust understanding of UNIX/Linux scripting.
Experience leading teams and managing technical deliveries.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira.
