Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales & Service Engineer to handle sales, installation, and after-sales support of crane parts and related equipment. The candidate will be responsible for building robust client relationships, ensuring timely service, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:
Promote and sell crane parts, spares, and accessories to existing and new clients.
Identify business opportunities with crane owners, contractors, construction companies, and industries.
Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and achieve growth in the region.

Service:
Provide installation, inspection, and maintenance support for crane parts.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues related to crane components.
Coordinate warranty, replacement, and repair services.
Guide customers on proper usage, safety, and preventive maintenance practices.

General:
Maintain updated records of sales activities, service calls, and customer interactions.
Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of parts.
Report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to management.




Regular travel to customer sites for sales and service visits.

Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in sales/service of crane parts, heavy machinery, or material handling equipment.
Robust technical knowledge of crane components (gearboxes, motors, brakes, wire ropes, hooks, electrical panels, etc.).
Ability to diagnose faults and recommend suitable parts/solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.

Preferred Skills:
Prior experience with EOT cranes, tower cranes, or mobile cranes.
Familiarity with spare parts management and after-sales support.
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability.
Hands-on skills in mechanical/electrical service work.
