Cyber Security Trainer JD

Job Summary:

We are looking for a energetic and technically robust Cyber Security Trainer who can deliver high-quality training sessions while also contributing to curriculum design and content development. The candidate will be responsible for conducting practical training, developing course materials, and ensuring alignment with current industry standards and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Delivery:
Deliver classroom and online training sessions on Cyber Security
Conduct hands-on lab sessions, live demonstrations, and real-time simulations

Teach modules such as:
Network Security
Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing
VAPT
SOC Operations
Cloud Security Basics
Cyber Laws & Compliance
Guide students in live projects and case studies
Conduct mock interviews and placement readiness sessions

Subject Matter Expertise (SME Role):




Design and update Cyber Security curriculum and training modules
Develop presentations, lab manuals, assignments, and assessments
Review and enhance course content as per latest industry trends
Support academic and placement teams with technical expertise
Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions when required

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge:
Robust understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS
Hands-on experience with:
Kali Linux
Nmap
Metasploit
Burp Suite
Wireshark
SIEM tools (Splunk preferred)
Knowledge of Cloud Security (AWS/Azure basics)
Good documentation and content creation skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
